No, there is no fee for using the Vision Management Kit. However, if the kit is not returned within 48 hours, they will be charged a full retail price of $179.

The eye exam kit for new prescription is only suitable for patients age 18+. 

Yes, telehealth is suitable for senior citizens. Help from a caretaker or an assistance is recommended but not mandatory.
